At Banff I rigged up some damp chaser systems on small carts which could be rolled under the concert grands. Perhaps not as effective as an "in-piano" system, but with a long skirt on the cover (could be attached with velcro strips) it provided some control. These were easy to cobble together (1x4 frame on casters), and I think it would be worth a shot. When not on stage, the pianos went in their "box" backstage & the carts went in with them. Don't know if those are still in use since the new music building went in a few years back, but they were reasonably effective at the time.
