Institutional tuning cost

The premiums for health care have steadily been increasing -- at least in
BC.  Though it's a gov. run program, there are still premiums to pay, over &
above taxes.  Don't know how the other provinces handle it.  Health care is
not cheap, no matter where you are.  "Universal" health care is great.....if
you don't die on the wait list.  Any system has its strengths, weaknesses, &
loop-holes for abuse by either paitient, provider, or insurer.

On a similar note, taking my cue from the healthcare sector, I recently
incorporated a routine cat-scan into all my rebuilding projects, just to
make sure all the bases were covered and I was getting the most revenue from
the job.  I throw Sassy, our domestic feline, in the shop for the night &
make sure she looks the piano over thoroughly.  Her reports are as ledgible
as any Dr's. perscription.
