Or, is it that the PTG 'totally subscribes' to ET because of a need for some kind of 'standard: Because: If You Can't tune This, You Can't Tune Crap. Of course, it is too much for the examiners to be well-versed in various temperaments. I have found no opposition to WT's, only: "Why have I been lead down the garden path? Open new avenues for your clients, they_will_thank you for it. However, there will be a 'non-strayer' amongst them, the one who thinks that this (ET) is the way it's supposed to be because their mother/teacher told them so. It's a brave_old_world... Regards, Jon
