Wim,
You can use the SAT to tune the 2nd partial of C1 to MATCH the 1st partial
of C2, but I've never heard of what your prof is asking for, and he's not
going to like the sound of the bass tuned 2-1, anyway.

Other than that, I'm a little confused by what he's asking you to do -- and
WHY for that matter...
