Yes, they are.  
   If your ET on the machine is a good tuning, you can rest assured that the 
offsets that come from reliable sources will create a good representation of 
the other tunings.  The current crop of machines,(VT, SAT, RCT, and others) 
are capable of giving a very nice tuning.  The research from Owen Jorgensen 
is also quite trustworthy, and when you put them together, you have virtually 
instantaneous access to a variety of approaches from the past.  This is what 
makes the intelligent use of techology such an important tool in the musical 
world of today.
