Avery,
Add up the offsets for the different versions. Bob's A centered version is 
20.3 cents high of ET, while his zero centered version is 0.02 cents high 
of ET. Bill's figures are A centered (or maybe B, since they both are zero 
offset), and total 10.8 cents high of ET. Actually, averaging would be more 
representative of overall tension deviations, at +1.69, +0.002, and +0.9 
respectively.

As to why the differences from post to post, I guess shift happens.
