Steinway Fallboard Hinge Noise

If you can tap out the pin itself...(I can't remember if this is possible 
on those little hinges)...you can put a coating of Protek thick lube or 
such on and that will help.  The worse ones for me are the Kawai 
studios with the long hinge on the flip up lid...
