Action regulation on a recent grand (6 months) = 3-4 hours work, 1
full day if problems - particularly if it is done every 6 months,
these are too high figures.

Voicing (maintenance) 2 to 3 hours depending of the state of the
piano.
more than 1 hour voicing your ears are not as open, better go very
fast.

If isn't exactly the time I take every time, that is what I aim for,
and it is possible. If it where not I could not earn a living anymore.

If the work is done well from the start, very little remains after
that.
And top regulation last longer, as voicing.

That should be what anyone may strive for I guess, and even more when
so many instruments you maintain.

Regards.
