Hi John, It is your vender not Yamaha. Here we have the pianos for two years and rotate a few out each year so that there are pianos that we can rely upon to be fairly stable. When there is a sale at TVCC it is more likely to be a phone call telling the customer "Well we can sell you a new piano for the same price as the used college piano" . Most go for the new 'green' piano, but not if they have talked to me first about liking the sound of the piano, and the green factor.
