You're right.   Jeffrey Kempton made this point pretty clearly at the 
symposium - that we cannot expect administrators to be in a position to know 
anything about piano service, given the diverse backgrounds they come from.  
We are looking to see what is available for this fall, and I hope we can see 
it clear to do an annual mailing.
