That says it all, right there.  Don't ever stop feeling that way.  You
mind and your body are telling you that the situation there is
dangerous.  When this guy calls again lie to him and tell him you are
too busy.

You do not need customers like this.  You do loose a little income but
think what you stand to loose if he goes psychotic on you.  No work the
cost.

If he persists in calling you tell him you think it would be a good idea
for him to find another tuner to service his pianos.  Keep a log of when
he calls and more carefully write do what you thought, were feeling,
what he said so that you will have a record to show anyone (police) if
the situation gets out of hand.

Women are, unfortunately, more vulnerable than men and when you are in a
situation that makes you uncomfortable tell the person you need to
concentrate on your work and finish the job and leave as quickly as
possible.  If the situation really gets out of hand you have a wonderful
weapon in your hand, your tuning hammer.

You safety and security is far more important than a few dollars.
