Baldwin SD-10 with broken strings in the treble

Dear list,

Thank you very much for all your replies. They will be useful to put =
more pressure on the administration to replace the hammers. Another tech =
who was in charge of this piano, before me, told me that since the =
rebuilding was done in 1992, this problem of broken strings in the =
treble was there and apparently even worst (like three to four strings =
per week).

I would like to have suggestion for the kind of hammers you would use. I =
think more of a soft hammer like Baldwin used.
