NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSITS?

Business is business.  I always REQUIRED a deposit.  One third  to one half
down, to cover your expenses, and the other (profit) when the job was
finished.  Nothing was refundable.  Although I never had to do this, when it
came to restortion work, if the customer did not like the finished product,
I did say that all money would be refunded when the piano was sold to
someone else.
