I'm still laughing, --But really,
    The chains will just rip the studs out, and the screws will only pull the floor
tiles out.  To level the floor, simply flood it with epoxy.   OOPs!   Leave the piano in
there and it shall forever stay put.
      Or, casters could be mounted to shock absorbers or springs.
