The Steinway parts are taking FOREVER to ship! The last set of hammers took almost 3 months. The previous sets of shanks/flanges took about 6 months. Renner USA ships in a matter of days!!! I've been told Steinway is working on the problem by increasing production. John Minor University of Illinois
