I will NOT get up or work real late for such an occurrence. 
A lack of planning or oversight on anyone's part does not
and will not constitute an emergency on my part.  I have
been through that hoop far too many times to fall for it
ever again.  

A concert grand is a collect of springs and just HATES being
rearranged and I hate tuning five or ten times to get it
back where I want it.  So what are they going to do?  Walk
out?  I think not and would care less if they did.

My chairman was my boss and if he said do it I did it but on
no account did I take "orders" from anyone else.

Please folks, get it cast in concrete and get stubborn.
