Dear List' I know nothing of the Ace benches, but if anyone is looking for good adjustable benches you might consider a Canadian made bench, We have been using them for over five years at the Banff Centre with total satisfaction and minimum problems. They work with a bar which fits into notched quadrants, something like the adjustable Oriental chairs, but much sturdier. The prices are reasonable and US buyers have the additional advantage of the discounted Canadian dollar.
