Thanks Dan,

I'm sure this will make sense when I actually take the legs off to work on
the castors.  These castors are around $330.00 US (about $500.00 Canadian),
so an inexpensive fix like this will be a real releif.

Mark,

A washer or two between the wheel and caster ears.  The washer must have an
inside diameter to match the OD of the stationary bushing.
