Hi Mark,

We at the University of Texas at Austin have had good results using 
the agraffes sold by Pianotek. I think they are manufactured by 
Klinke (I'm not sure of the spelling). They also sell a bi-chord 
agraffe in which the holes are spaced wider, in order to allow more 
damper to fall between the strings of Steinway Ms and Ls.
