Dave,

Just curious. When do you tune in there for the recitals?

Avery

>Our main recital hall also has a large organ, and it is used for practice.
>As a result people have to fight to get time in there. Pianists are given
>an hour to prepare for a recital and pick a piano (we have 2 "D"s in
>there). >They are not used much for practice.

>>2. If so, how much time do you allow
>>for practice for piano majors preparing for a recital?
>>3.If your hall is open all the time, as ours is, how
>>do you monitor use of the piano, and if the piano is
>>locked, how are keys given out?
>>We will be meeting soon to write a policy on this, and
>>your answers will be helpful.
>>Thank you.
