Have you tried contacting Elmer's?  Perhaps they have a website with
information on solvents, applications, MSDSs, etc.

Let us know if you find anything like that.

Got a problem that hopefully someone out there has an
answer to. A customer of mine used Elmers Probond
epoxy to reglue some ivories that came off.(not my
recommendation!!)The ivories came off again, and now
she has this hard glob of epoxy that is a permanent
part of the key. Are there any solvents that will
remove the epoxy? I tried to remove it with a knife,
but wood kept coming off with the epoxy. Any and all
ideas are appreciated.
