CAUT guidelines/WEB PAGE?

Hi all,

I'll put them up on the site if we can get permission to do it.  I think
Don was going to be looking into this for us. It would help if I can get it
in electronic format, but I can always scan it in from my hardcopy if we
have permission to run with it....
