CAUT guidelines/WEB PAGE?

I'm not Rolf, but the "CAUT Guidelines" are the same animal as the 
"Guidelines for Effective Institutional Maintenance".  The last one I bought 
was $5. 

I think we need to get these posted somehow for the CAUT list.  The idea of 
not posting them is to get the hard copies sold, which I also support.  The 
home office probably has a big stack of them, and we need to be buying them.  
But for the sake of this discussion leading up to the CAUT FORUM, it would be 
nice to be able to read them on the PTG website - maybe without printing 
capability so as not to cut into home office sales of the document.
