Your action is under leveraged. Likely the best solution is to relocate the capstans forward. Determining the amount is the problem unless you have the tools to determine the optimum location. Sometimes is is necessary to move the wippen heel forward as well. Small knuckles moved toward the hammer will also help. Using light weight hammers will help. You are in for a little work to do this right and well. You need to learn David Stanwood's system when you have a leverage problem like this one.
