After The Master has spoken, what else is there to say? :-) Gosh! I wish I'd known Jim 10 years ago! All of those beginning technicians who have an internet connection have access to some of the greatest minds in the world of piano technology. For those who don't receive it as a job "perk," that $180/year (avg.) spent on unlimited access is, dollar for dollar, the most well-spent money on education that a person can hope for. Not even the telephone can beat the speed with which we can exchange information. An early Thanksgiving, I guess. :-) Thank you, Jim!!
