John: I agree with Newton. Keep the Steinways going. We have 30 of them and I hope to have them a long time. On the moving the pianos in the practice rooms, we have very little of that. The practice rooms are so small, that there isn't much choice of how they fit! In our studio upright practice rooms we have all the pianos with no casters.
