Hi, Mike,

CHeck your touch weight.  This behavior is common with two light a touch
weight.  Check the up weight, the down weight and average the two.  If
balance weight is less than 35 grams you have a weight problem.

You should have retruned the hammers to the factory if they were hung at
anything else than 5.125" and at 90 degrees.  3/32" off is not
acceptable.
