Paul, 
Hold off on this until at least this evening. We do a lot of these. Not only
are they an elegant solution, we are just constitutionally opposed to altering
the piano by drilling unnecessary holes or using rubber buttons. My wife has a
method which results in original results with no alteration to the piano,
which I will get her to write down and will send out tonight.
