The #03540 works well, but I have also used the twin piano dollies #036509. They come with holes in the back plate, and I have found that bolting them to the back of the piano keeps them from slipping. You may also want to find some short pieces of 2 X 4 and paint them black, then place them in the front of the dollie to take up the space to the kickboard.
