My flip answer would be, "none of the above".

After repairing P22's which had flipped (flopped?) on their backs, I went to
the Schaff 4005 set. (I think that's the number.) 

They are individual large wheels which attached at the corners.  The rear
ones are set out at a 45° angle which gives a much more stable arrangement.

Those other ones with wheels within the back line of the piano can topple
with only one person leaning on them.  Guess how I know...

Haven't had any trouble in the 5 years since I mounted them.
