Our 1929 Steinway D with Wapin bridge installed debuted last nite with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Barry Douglas was the pianist performing Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 3. Read the review at: http://enquirer.com/editions/1998/04/25/cso25.html Mr. Douglas was unhappy with instruments provided to the Symphony. In a frantic effort to fix the situation the Symphony management asked to borrow the 1929 Steinway from the College-Conservatory of Music.
