Hi, Avery,

One other person said he recieved a faxed notice.  Yes it is the same
job and as far as I know it has not yet been filled.  I truely feel
sorry for anyone that takes that job.  

I am faxing a copy of one of my used forms so you can see how it is
used.

I don't like ladies with thick legs.
