Eric:

I am sorry to hear that you will be working with Michael W.  While you 
are held in the highest esteem, considered as you are a paragon of 
integrity and honesty, Michael is considered my many to be the scum of 
the earth.

Don't let him pull any of his mathematical genius stuff on you.  He is 
fond of quoting Newton's Law of Cooling at the drop of a hat.  He will 
even try to put it in his action regulating.  Beware!
