Practice Room Problems

Avery:

Fortunately my shop is close to the practice rooms and I have a box on
my door with "service request" forms.  There is a mail slot in the door
for them to use.  Still I don't hear of lots of the problems.  I kind of
tell the students, "if you want to play on pianos with missing strings,
and hanging dampers, fine.  If you don't let me know."  Sooner or later
they learn where you are and how to get information to you.
