Avery,

I am interested in how you have determined the need to restring.
Excessive string breakage...?

I am also interested in the general maintenence schedule
followed by CAUT technicians. I have ten Kawai's at one
institution and my problem is the deterioration of tone.
These are small grands and uprights...Obviously if it squeeks is
loose etc. you fix it. What I'm am interested in is frequency
of tuning, what you folks do during the general service. What
voicing procedures are followed to maintain overall tone.

Thanks in advance...

How does the List determine the time to rehammer? Any
guidelines you folks follow?
