Hi out there, Anyone out there with extensive use of tuning pin hole reamers? I have not done much of this and I am wondering what the proper procedure is for useing them. Here's the situation. I have a block that I am going to swab the existing holes with Webb Phillip product Lakeone wood rebuilder. Once that has cured, I will need to ream the holes for the appropriate pin. I already have purchase a set of reamers for #2, #3 and #4 holes. Appreciate any help or advice on either the repair method and/or reaming. The block is in really good shape and doesn't really warrant replacing IMHO, but this procedure according to Webb would allow me to repin useing #2 pins. I attended a workshop that webb gave as part of a combined chapter meeting and was impressed with the description and use of this product. He also had a sample piece of pinblock with the holes filled and treated with this product. All of the pins had more than enough torque after hundreds of adjustments.
