I install the heavy duty truck from Paul L. Jansen & Sons.  It 
does increase the front to back distance which may be problem 
getting through narrow doors but it is absolutely stable and the 
piano is at the correct height.  I permanently install it by 
tipping the piano on its side, drilling holes and using bolts 
with washers and lock washers.
